Full Refund
Each of the Student Storage Plans available on this website are 100% refundable up until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up date/time.
For example, if your scheduled pick up time is on a Wednesday afternoon (1pm), you’d need to cancel by 1pm on the Sunday before in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
Partial Refund
Plans that are cancelled within 72 hours to 48 hours of scheduled pickup are still refundable, however a $50 cancellation fee will be withheld from the refund.
Missed Pickup/Delivery Fee
If you are not present at the pickup or delivery time reserved, a $95 fee will charged at the time of rescheduling.
No Refund
No refunds will be available if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date/time.
